Morocco is a country of north west Africa which is famous in football game, they were the first team to win a group at the world cup , which they did in 1986 , finishing ahead of Portaugal , Poland and England .They were also the first African team to make it to second round barely losing eventual runner-ups west Germany 1-0 in 1986 .
The lions scored the place number 10 in April 1998 in FIFA ranking and the lowest rank was the place number 67 in November 2009 .
in the world cup they were there 1966,1970,1986,1994,1998 and in African cup also they werethe strong rival and did the best in 1962 ,1972 , 1976 (they wre the champions), 1978 ,1980 (third place), 1986,1988,1992,1998,2000,2002,2004(the second place),2006,2008.
the lions made good results and nice history in the football game in both of the world cup and African cup.
